Sellers - Keep Your Home Clean
Realtors see a lot doing showings for prospective buyers. Some buyers are able to see the big picture, but often, they zoom in on cosmetic issues - mainly, how clean is the home? It's true that a buyer could look past a little bit of grime, but when making a huge decision like which home to purchase, details matter. Because of this, sellers need to be aware and make sure they're presenting their homes in the best possible way.

Here is a great article that can help sellers decide what parts of their properties to focus on sprucing up, and what products will help them get their places looking and smelling squeaky clean.

Jeff.  Buyers think that, if a homeowner doesn't care enough to keep the house clean, then what else has been left unattended.  The white glove test is the true test of sale ready.
